ChiaraMail offers several support options designed to meet the needs of all users, from the consumer to enterprise employees.

  2. E-mail Basic: 24 hour response time ($20/mo. per user)
  3. E-mail Premium: 1 hour response time ($100/mo. per user)
  4. Telephone: 15 minute response time ($1500/mo. per user)

These support options may be added at any time and will be pro-rated.
